Delivery of Goods

We offer delivery to the postcodes listed below. FREE delivery for orders over $159 or a flat fee of $10.

We will endeavour to make complete deliveries within 2-3 business days of order confirmations - please expect delays during current  lockdown restrictions.

If you given us Authority to Leave, we will leave your order unattended at your nominated delivery address.  The risk in the products passes to you on the time and date of the delivery.

If you have not given us authority to leave, we will try and contact you on the phone number of your order.  If we cannot contact you your order will be returned and a fee of $15 incurred plus the charges of perishable items in your order.

There will be an additional $15 charge for us to deliver your order on another nominated date as per your request to us.

Please consider the following when considering a return, exchange or refund of an item:

• ​You must report any errors or damages of your goods on the day you receive your delivery (this is due to the perishable nature of our products)

• We may ask for photos of items with quality concerns

• For refund, return or exchange enquiries please email us at info@freshasiana.com.au​

• For health and safety purposes perishable items are not returnable

• Items will only be refundable or exchanged if there is an error or damage of the product on arrival

• We do not accept “Change of Mind” as an acceptable reason for refund or exchange

• All refunds, exchanges or returns will be confirmed by us via email

• Refunds will be made to the original method of payment
